Media reports indicate that at least five people have been injured in an explosion that took place in Bogotá's the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional around 20:00 (local time) on Wednesday, September 25. Students have reportedly been clashing with police officers on Carrera 11 and Calle 72 since 14:00. Bogotá's mayor said that 271 buses had been vandalized in the demonstrations. Details are still emerging. Avoid the area.
