Power outages are ongoing in some parts of Zimbabwe as of Tuesday, October 15, after a Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC) tower was vandalized. The tower was connected to the National Grid and located in Bulawayo. An investigation into the incident is ongoing and ZETDC officials did not immediately provide details on how widespread the outages are. Power disruptions are anticipated to continue on Wednesday, October 16, until the tower is repaired.
