Several worker's unions, student organizations, and taxi drivers are set to protest in Buenos Aires on Thursday, November 28, to demand social reforms from outgoing President Mauricio Macri. They intend on reiterating that social conditions are worsening in the country and the government should step in. Participants are to gather at Avenidas 9 de Julio and Independencia and will later march to Plaza de Mayo and the ANSES offices at an undisclosed time.

Another group will mobilize with the aim of calling for the release of political prisoners on the same date, gathering at 11:30 at the Comodoro Py court.

Associated transportation disruptions are to be expected, as well as a heightened security presence is to be expected in Buenos Aires.

Individuals in Buenos Aires are advised to monitor developments to the situation, prepare for transportation disruptions, make alternative arrangements if necessary, and avoid all protests as a precaution.
