At least 19 public sector unions have called for nationwide strikes to be held between Thursday, January 23, and Friday, January 31. According to the Action Movement Against the Social Injustice (MACGI), the strike intends to block access to public administration services across the country to claim financial and social allowances. Related disruptions to administrative services are expected on the above mentioned dates. Related gatherings cannot be ruled out.
