Migrant workers reportedly held protests in Doha over unpaid wages on Friday, May 22. The protests took place in the Msheireb district, with media reports indicating that more than 100 people attended the demonstration. The Qatari labor ministry announced that it had taken steps to ensure that all salaries would be paid in coming days.
