An improvised explosive device (IED) attached to a civilian vehicle has reportedly detonated in the Arzan Qemat area of Kabul's Police District 12 (PD12) on Saturday, June 27. The blast reportedly occurred in the vicinity of the visitor's car park in Block 10. It is unclear if any injuries or fatalities resulted from the explosion. Further details were not immediately reported.
