Event

The government of Puerto Rico declared a nationwide state of emergency on Monday, June 29, due to a significant ongoing drought in the country. Further restrictions are likely to be introduced should the drought continue.

Advice

Those in the affected areas are advised to conserve water, stock up on bottled water, keep abreast of the situation via local media outlets, and adhere to all instructions issued by local authorities.
