On Saturday, July 11, youth group organizations held a large rally in Owerri (Imo state) in protest of persistent electrical disruptions in the region. Individuals in Owerri are advised to monitor developments to the situation, avoid all demonstrations and political gatherings as a precaution, and adhere to all instructions issued by local authorities.
