Event

Flooding and landslides in Nepal have killed 46 people as of Tuesday, July 14, with a further 63 people missing and 85 injured. More than 1500 families are also reported to have been displaced and at least 400 houses have been completely or partially destroyed.

Separately, heavy rain is forecasted for the next two days through Thursday, July 16, with warnings for further flooding in place, especially in provinces 1 and 2.

Further disruptions to travel and infrastructure are to be anticipated in the coming days and adverse weather is to be expected.
