Security forces arrested a man in Tripoli on Tuesday, July 28, after he allegedly killed two people amid sporadic shooting targeting nearby vehicles. The incident occurred in the Jibs Gate area of Tripoli, and reports indicate that a security force member was injured during the arrest of the assailant.
