A magnetically-attached improvised explosive device (MIED) blast targeted an Afghan National Security Forces (ANDSF) vehicle in Kabul's Khair Khana neighborhood, located in Police District 11 (PD11), on Tuesday, August 11. Reports suggest the attack took place at around 07:30 (local time). There have been no immediate reports of casualties.
