Several hundred recent graduates are expected to gather in central Algiers on Monday, September 21, for a demonstration calling for improved employment opportunities and government support. The higher degree graduates are scheduled to gather at the People's National Assembly at around 10:00 (local time) before marching to the presidential residence in the city's El Mouradia district.

Although the demonstration is expected to remain peaceful, a heightened security presence is likely and localized disruptions are possible within the vicinity of the march.
