Militia groups engaged in armed confrontations in Tajura (Greater Tripoli province) on Friday, September 25, at around 09:00 (local time). Reports suggest that at least one shooting has occurred in the area and mortars were also fired. Military vehicles, including tanks, have been mobilized in the vicinity of Bir Osta Milad. Among those groups involved are the 33 Infantry Battalion (Bogra), Daman Battalion, Tajura Lions, and Misrata militias.

Further clashes are possible in the area over the near term.
