The Philippine utility provider Maynilad Water Services announced that maintenance works will cause water outages that will affect parts of Valenzuela City and southern Bulacan province on Sunday, September 27, and Monday, September 28. It is expected that maintenance works will cause disruptions for around 460,000 residents in 26 Valenzuela City barangays, as well as the Catanghalan and Chicago areas of Bulacan province.

Advice

Those in the affected areas are advised to review their water supply contingency and business continuity plans where appropriate and should ensure that adequate supplies of bottled water are available during the planned outage.
