At least 20 people have died after a military plane crashed on the outskirts of the eastern city of Kharkiv on Friday, September 25. Reports indicate that the plane was carrying 28 people and was on a training flight at the time. Among those killed include cadets from the Kharkiv Air Force University and crewmembers. The cause of the crash was not immediately clear.
