Local sources indicate that a magnetic improvised explosive device (MIED) explosion targeted an Afghanistan National Defense and Security Forces (ANDSF) vehicle in Dewan Baygi in Kabuls' Police District 5 (PD5) on Saturday morning, September 26. Reports indicate that the incident occurred at 08:55 (local time). There have been no immediate reports of casualties. Further information is awaited.
