A pro-democracy demonstration, which is anticipated to be well attended, is scheduled to take place in Bangkok on Wednesday, October 14. The protest, which has been organized by groups such as the Democracy Group, the United Front of Thammasat and Demonstration (UFTD), and the Free Youths Group, will take place at the Democracy Monument at 14:00 (local time). Reports state that an additional 3000 officers will be deployed in order to monitor the protest and enforce road closures.
