An undocumented migrant's rights march is scheduled to take place in Paris on Saturday, October 17. Participants of the demonstration are set to gather at approximately 13:00 (local time) at Place de la Republique before marching to Elysee Palace. The demonstration is being held to demand an end to alleged rights violations and to demand the closure of detention centers. Activists from over 200 organizations are set to participate in the march.

A heightened security presence and localized traffic disruptions are to be anticipated in the vicinity of the march.
