Activists have called for a demonstration against current coronavirus disease (COVID-19) related restrictions in Tokyo for Sunday, November 22. Participants will reportedly gather at the South Exit of Shinjuku Station from 13:00 (local time).

A heightened security presence is expected in the vicinity of the demonstration and security forces may disperse the protest if it gets large or disruptive.
