UVIED blast injures at least two civilians in Dehburi area of Kabul’s PD3 on November 16; avoid the area

At least two civilians were reported to have been wounded on Monday, November 16, in an under-vehicle improvised explosive device (UVIED) blast in the Dehburi area of Kabul's Police District 3 (PD3). The bombing is reported to have occurred near a security checkpoint on the Silo Road at around 12:30 (local time).

Localized disruptions are likely in the Dehburi area in the near term.  


Those in Kabul are advised to avoid the affected area, remain vigilant for possible militant activity, and adhere to all instructions issued by the local authorities and their home governments.
