A strike by Champagne-Ardennes regional train (TER) workers launched at 19:00 (local time) on Monday, June 12, is expected to continue until Wednesday, June 14, at 08:00. The national train company, SNCF, has announced that schedule modifications would be published on the TER website. TER trains in the region may also experience unscheduled delays and cancelations during this period.
High-speed trains (TGVs) will not be affected.
TER workers are protesting a plan to remove ticket controllers from onboard trains.
Travelers are advised to consider taking alternative means of transportation during the above period or to allow for more time to reach their destinations.
