Aigle Azur has announced the temporary suspension of several flights as of Tuesday, September 10, due to financial issues. Affected destinations include Mali, Brazil, and Portugal. It is unclear when flight operations will resume to these countries.

Furthermore, an Aigle Azur connecting flight between Algiers and Toulouse was canceled on Tuesday, September 3, leaving around 200 passengers grounded in Algiers.

Further disruptions, including significant delays and cancelations, are to be expected for Aigle Azur flights over the coming days and weeks.

Context

Aigle Azur is under legal redress since the beginning of August, as the airline has declared insolvency. On September 4, Aigle Azur's CEO announced his resignation.
