An investigation into a suspected car-ramming attack is ongoing in Jerusalem as of 06:40 (local time) on Thursday, February 6, after a vehicle hit pedestrians earlier in the morning. At least 14 people were injured, including one in serious condition, after a car hit pedestrians near First Station around 02:00 on Thursday. The driver fled the scene in their vehicle and a large police operation is underway to find the suspect. According to a police spokesperson, the incident is being investigated as a terrorist attack. Details are still emerging.

A heightened police presence and increased security measures, including checkpoints, searches, and road closures, are anticipated around the area of the incident.
