A strong storm swept across Jonesboro, Arkansas, in the afternoon (local time) on Saturday, March 28, producing at least one tornado and injuring six people. According to the Jonesboro Police Department, the storm damaged a mall at Turtle Creek and other infrastructural damages have also been reported. Jonesboro's mayor has also ordered a 19:00 (local time) curfew for the city and residents have been urged to stay at home. Heavy rains are expected to continue, and thunderstorm warnings have been issued for McGehee, Arkansas City, and Kelso until 21:00 (local time). 


Individuals in the affected areas are advised to monitor local weather reports, anticipate transportation disruptions and power outages, and adhere to all instructions issued by the local authorities.
