Police have dispersed demonstrators in the capital Khartoum on Wednesday, September 30, amid calls for the Minister of Trade and Industry Madani Abbas Madani to resign. Reports indicate that tear gas and rubber bullets have been utilized by security forces to disperse protesters, although there have been no immediate reports of casualties amid the clashes. Demonstrators reportedly gathered on Jamia Street near the cabinet building, and authorities have closed Al-Hurriya Street, advising drivers to avoid Grand Prix. 

A heightened security presence is to be expected in the vicinity of the demonstrations, along with localized transport disruptions.
