Major disruptions are reported at Paris’s Gare du Nord train station as of the morning of Tuesday, July 11, due to an incident that occurred around 06:00 (local time). International Thalys trains to and from the station are facing delays of up to two hours. Eurostar is currently not reporting disruptions. Also affected are the regional and commuter lines RER B, RER D, K, and H, including RER B trains connecting central Paris with Charles de Gaulle International Airport (CDG).
Traffic has begun to progressively return to normal, but residual disruptions are to be anticipated throughout the morning and potentially into the afternoon.
Travelers are advised to confirm train schedules and allow for extra time to reach their destinations.
