Leigh Young has joined Garda Cash Logistics as the Executive Director & Group Manager of Relationship Management for Garda Cash Logistics. In her role, she is responsible for supporting Account Management team members for the Eastern Region. Her primary mission is to enhance the client experience from the start-up phase to daily client care alignment and in the strategic partnerships that deliver business growth strategies.

With more than 25 years of business experience, Leigh has strong competencies in strategic leadership, business development, customer-focused results and process improvements. Prior to joining Garda, Leigh was the Senior Vice President of Account Services for North America at Iron Mountain Corporation; focused on Account Management, Customer Service and Implementations. During her 13 years at Iron Mountain, she held leadership positions in Account Management, Operations, Customer Service, Data Entry and Business Support with responsibility for more than 1200 team members.
Prior to joining Iron Mountain, Leigh was engaged in various consulting, sales, account management and leadership positions at Motorola and Xerox Corporation, as well as in the Healthcare field.
A native of Iowa, Leigh has worked extensively throughout North America and has developed business operations throughout Europe and India. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing major, and received her MBA with distinction.
