Our Basic Security Guard on-site training program, recognized by the Ministry of Public Security, will provide you with the skills and abilities that are essential to the security guard profession in Quebec.

Every year, thousands of people die from heart attacks because they did not receive appropriate care quickly enough. Our first aid training allows the intervener to recognize the warning signs of a heart attack, apply first aid (CPR) and, if necessary, use an automated external defibrillator (AED). (French only)

In this in class training, our instructors will teach you the principles of use of force beginning with the presence of an agent. They will start by the comprehension of national use of force table and the laws to justify and comprehend your interventions. This is a course focused on communication and de escalating, which allows an agent to proper use of force while holding a professional conduct.

This two-day on-site training course covers all first aid skills for a first responder, including secondary surveys, identifying and handling various injuries, such as poisonings, bites and stings, heat and cold injuries, as well as emergency transport and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
