Hybrid security is really the force multiplier of combining the best of technology with the best of humanity.

At GardaWorld, we really focus on being on the cutting edge of the industry.

I think it's important to understand that security is evolving, right?

It's really important right now for us to work with our customers and bring them new solutions to their evolving security landscape.

Often there's a hybrid approach we can use which can augment the need for an individual through technology solutions.

We want to make sure we have, you know, some highly skilled and trained security officers, but we also want to bring technology into the picture. So we normally try to marry the two—kind of man and machine. When we do that, that we're being a lot more proactive.

So really leveraging AI technology, video surveillance, camera monitoring, biometrics, all of the things that we're seeing is sort of the innovation of technology and leveraging that with the combination of the best in humanity, so physical security resources on site. And often times all of this comes with a savings as a byproduct when you leverage both together.

We all know that the manned labor is the most expensive part of any security program.

We're seeing more and more of that now where customers are modifying their historical guard level service with the integration of technology to help reduce those costs.

And so by using the best of technology with the best of humanity, we've really had to try and be budget conscious and work with without sacrificing security standards.

So leveraging AI capabilities, technology and then also having the ability to still have human response and human capabilities on site.

GardaWorld offers a lot, a lot of services beyond manned guarding. We go to market with a holistic security solution approach that encompasses multiple business units.

GardaWorld has developed a very creative approach to this through our ECAMSECURE division and the integration of hybrid technologies utilizing artificial intelligence and analytics and things of this nature to help benefit the customer and make that spend more tangible.

ECAMSECURE is our technology division. They offer remote monitoring capabilities, mobile surveillance units.

By bringing in things like artificial intelligence of license plate recognition and remote monitoring to be able to use potentially less of the most expensive of the manned side, but without sacrificing the standards. So it's a force multiplier in a very large way.

So we put both together, we really arm the officer with better situational awareness and better response capabilities and we give our clients better holistic approach to security with the implementation of both the tech and the guarding side of things.

You better arm the human with the intel. But when you look at the integration side, you know, humans have two eyes, right? And they can only be at one place at one time.

Those security personnel with the leveraging of technology, they have better visibility, they have better response capabilities, better situational awareness that they can get through that machine learning and the AI side of it.

The technology side takes away a lot of the noise.

So now that security professional can be alerted for a higher level of threat and not dealing with access control or visitor management or virtual patrols. And it gives our officers more technology and more information to be able to deter and respond to a threat.

You know, reducing risk is the ultimate goal. It just makes that security professional feel like they have more control and more visibility of what they're doing and elevates their role for the client.

It creates efficiencies. It streamlines process and procedures. It's a win, win situation for everybody.
