Justin Dalrymple

Justin Dalrymple is a security management expert with over a decade of experience in the Palm Beach's. He is focused on supporting local communities and businesses through private and public partnerships. He currently serves as the GardaWorld South Florida General Manager. His duties include support and guidance across various client industries such as residential, commercial, and logistics. In addition to servicing client needs, Justin manages a team of over two hundred employees. Mr. Dalrymple served 12 years with the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve in the Palm Beaches as a Machinery Technician 2nd Class. His primary duties as a Boarding Team Member and Small Boat Engineer were to support active-duty elements in law enforcement, migrant interdictions, and search and rescue operations. This experience transitioned him into the security sector, where he spent much of his time managing security professionals in the critical infrastructure space, focusing on the contract security incident commander in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and over twenty hurricane disaster response teams. Justin's accomplishments include a Coast Guard Unit Commendation, Reserve Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and a U.S. Coast Guard Academy's Leadership and Management School graduate. He was also nationally recognized by G4S as an award recipient for outstanding performance in response to his part in managing client needs in 2020.
