Official Rules: Survey-Based Draw Giveaway (Canada)

1. Contest Organizer
This promotional draw (the “Contest”) is organized by Garda Canada Security Corporation (the “Organizer”).

 

2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Organizer, as well as their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, are not eligible. 

 

3. Contest Period
The Contest begins on August 10, 2025 and ends on September 30, 2025, at 11:00PM ET (the “Contest Period”). Any entry received outside of this period will not be eligible.

 

4. How to Enter
No purchase necessary. To enter, complete the online survey available at https://forms.office.com/r/HCDrM3zupp during the Contest Period. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. To qualify, participants must provide their full name and email address in the questionnaire when prompted.

 

5. Prize
Three (3) winners will receive a $300 gift certificate each. The prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash. 

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification
Three (3) entrants will be selected by electronic random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on October 1, 2025, at the GardaWorld head office in Montreal, Quebec. The chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The selected entrants will be contacted via email or phone within 5 business days and must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance to be declared the winner. If a selected entrant does not respond within five (5) business days of being contacted, they will forfeit their chance to win and another electronic random draw will be conducted to select a new potential winner.

 

7. Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Contest at its sole discretion. 

 

8. Privacy
Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with GardaWorld’s privacy policy: https://www.gardaworld.com/privacy-notice. No data will be retained or used for any other purpose without consent.

 

9. Limitation of Liability
The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any technical issues, network failures, or hardware or software malfunctions that may limit or prevent participation in the contest, nor for incomplete, lost, or misdirected entries. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any fraud, error, or any damage, whether material or bodily, arising in connection with the contest or the use of the prize.

 

10. Governing Law
This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
