Don Giancioppo

Don Giancioppo serves as Chief Operating Officer for GardaWorld Security - U.S., where he is responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and advancing the company’s commitment to Best-in-Class service delivery and employee experience across the organization. For the past fifteen years, Don has worked in the private security industry in executive positions. He joined GardaWorld Security - U.S. in 2021 as Regional Vice President for the Northeast Region, successfully launching the region across New England, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania and growing the portfolio by over 350% through organic expansion. Don also served as the executive sponsor for GardaWorld’s U.S. healthcare division, as well as a member on the 401k committee. He was named the 2024 GardaWorld Security Executive of the Year and was also named as a 2023 finalist for GardaWorld Security's Lion Award for Executive of the Year. Don previously worked in public safety for two decades and held executive-level positions, has a master’s degree in criminal justice and has successfully completed numerous executive leadership courses.
