The Kenya Launch: An Insight into What’s Possible
Our upgraded Nairobi Security Operations Centre (NSOC) is a testament to what service excellence and employee investment can achieve. With real-time vehicle tracking, journey oversight, and live operator support, it delivers local execution to a global standard.
The NSOC supports all journeys in Kenya - but it’s also directly integrated into our CTOC in Cape Town, which monitors every open task across the continent. That means a client departing Johannesburg and landing in Nairobi is supported by a single, consistent system - a seamless handover between control rooms, backed by ISO 31030 travel security protocols.
