Human rights at the heart of KK Security's business practices

For KK Security, a GardaWorld company operating in Africa, equal access to employment and the improvement of working conditions for employees are a constant concern. It was therefore with great pride that we obtained confirmation from the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR) that KK Security met the standards of labour law advocated by the organization.

The KNCHR audit, conducted from February 6-10, 2017 at KK Security's Kisumu branch, also showed that the company has made significant strides in ensuring the well-being of its employees. The organization has met all the legal compliance criteria in terms of minimum wage, training, sick leave, and medical records processing.
